This Report is an overview of a workshop conducted by PACT (June 14- June 15 2016) with 3MDG on the usage of community score cards. Implementing partner, PACT, uses community score cards as a participatory approach for communities and service providers to engage in dialogue on the delivery of health services, often in rural areas.
