To improve understanding of drug use, HIV and the response in Myanmar, a comprehensive situation assessment was undertaken by two consultants (international and national). Undertake further research to address limitations and gaps identified in the situation analysis to strengthen the response and improve efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of
harm reduction programmes.
